비타박스에서 구매대행하는 제품은 미국 내수용으로 한국 수입원의 제품과 다를 수 있습니다.
고객님께서 구매하신 제품에 문제가 있는 경우 배송완료 후 7일 이내에 교환 및 환불이 가능합니다.
    하지만 단순 변심에 의한 반품인 경우에는 국제 운송료, 세금 및 제반비용은 고객님 부담이니 이점 양해 부탁드립니다.
반품을 하실 경우에는 처음 배송이 이루어진 미국 LA의 비타박스로 보내주십시오.
그리고 아래의 경우는 반품이 불가하오니 확인 부탁드립니다.
※ 반품이 불가한 경우
- 고객님의 잘못으로 상품이 훼손된 경우
- 시간의 경과로 인해 재판매가 불가능한 정도로 가치가 감소한 경우
- 배송완료 후 7일 이상 경과한 제품

Our goal is your total satisfaction. If you have any problems with your product, please call or email us immediately at vitabox.net@gmail.com. We are committed to outstanding customer service and will do our very best to help. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it for a refund, store credit, or you may want to exchange it for another product. Returned products will be refunded the sale price indicated on your sales receipt.

All returns must be unopened, unused, unwashed, unworn and in the original packaging additional items such as manuals, warranty cards, straps, cables, and any other materials originally shipped with the item or your return may be subject to a return handling charge. It is very important we receive the item with the original packaging within 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. Used items are not eligible for return unless specified by manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee for hygienic reasons. Your refund will be promptly processed upon completing evaluation of your returned item (Please see below about exception*).
We will refund 100% (less shipping charges) on items that are returned in new condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will issue a refund for 50% if products have been opened/used, as they are no longer in re-sellable condition, within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. Please note that if you received Free Shipping on your order, the value of the uncharged shipping cost (10% or minimum of $5) will be deducted from your refund.

* You cannot return any discounted or promotional items.
** Please allow a minimum of two weeks from the time we receive your return for your refund or reshipment to arrive. If paid by
credit card, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit refund to appear on your statement.

Defective Items
Please inspect all contents in package and contact us within 5 days of receipt if an item is defective, damaged or missing from your shipment. We will gladly provide you with a refund or a replacement at no charge.

If you’d like to make an exchange, you may place a new order with free shipping by contacting our customer service department. Once we receive the return, you will be fully refunded (less shipping charges).

Incorrect Orders:
If you received a product that is not what you ordered, we will exchange the item for you at no charge. Please contact our customer service department for further assistance.
Additional shipping fees may be charged after order is processed if shipping information is not accurate.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged in any way, unless the damage is due to a defect in the product or as a result of damage during shipping by us.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.

In case you want to cancel your order, please do it before 23:59 (PST) of the day you ordered. Otherwise, we may ask you the 4-6% of your transaction fee. Please note that once the shipment is completed, your order cannot be canceled. Refer to return policy about your return / exchange options.

Shipping Damage
Although unlikely, on occasion, an item gets damaged while in transit. If you receive an order and you believe there is shipping damage, call our customer service department immediately. If necessary, we will handle the claim process and also provide you with replacement options.
*** Please Note: 99% of the time, when a box shows some wear and tear, the product inside is in perfect condition. Please be sure to inspect the contents. The shipping carton and packing materials are designed to protect the product from normal shipping and handling.
